Anyone out there with great canker sore cures?

i get canker sores allll the time and they kill i just need help!

First rinse your mouth out with listerine, then put some in a dish and dip a q-tip in it and swab the sores alot, almost to the point of feeling like you are going to break them open.  Continue to swab them putting new listerine on each time. Then rinse again with listerine.  Continue doing this at least 3 times a day until gone.  Always have good mouth hygene and rinse with listerine. Peroxide works to, but listerine tastes better.  I used to suffer alot from them, no longer have a problem. As soon as a blister appears, I do this routine.

i bought this stuff called canker-rid  it's sold on www.canker-rid.com and its some weird sounding stuff made from bees pollen on something...but anyway it gets rid of them and fast too!!  Now I don't get any and if i do i put the stuff on and it only lasts like 1 day instead of a few days.

There is a great product out there called Debacterol.  It can only be obtained from a dentist, and must be applied in office.  It hurts like the dickens when applied, but has immediate and permanent relief.  I used it on my four year old and she didn't cry.  For long term solutions you may want to add zinc and lysine supplements.  Check with your MD on safe dosages.

Try topical lysine.  Its an amino acid which disrupts the bioavailability of arginine for the herpes virus so it can't make proteins for replication.

try warm salt water or go to the dentist. you may need a mild antibiotic or an oral rise called chlorahexadine. it is an antiseptic for the mouth. trust me I am an RDA and i work in a dental office
