I knew a lady at my previous job who was about 50, and finally got one.

I let it expire (mistake) and haven't gotten one since. I live in Chicago, it's not 100% necessary to life here like a lot of other places.

Yeah. I refuse to pay $960 to get it back..

I still drive daily. =)

My aunt who is 40 something doesn't have one yet. And my cousin who is 20 doesn't have one yet.

If you are asking if there is anyone out there over 25 that does not have a drivers license, I'm sure there are many.  What is it you want to ask of those people?   What IS your question ?
