Anyone plays NASCAR sim racing game?

I need a good setup for the daytona track and texas track.Please help me.

the restrictor plate tracks are always the hardest

are you talkin about for Nascar 09 if so i play on ps3 online and it tottally depends on your driving style....but stiffen up springs high tire pressure, low trackbar number (around 8s is what i run)and 100%tape for qulify and 80% for race 4 splitter 10 spoiler,  and your gear ratio....for the draft i run a 1-3 diff and for each gear i run

1st 1. 89 :Whatever it says

2nd 1. 38:"

3rd 1.05:    "

4th 1.00

and i only shift to 4th when im in a draft otherwise i just stay in 3rd

just some basics off the top of my head, good luck but it truely depends on your driving style i cant even drive some of my friends set ups and they cant drive mine but gear ratio is most important thing
