High illiteracy rates, lack of books in schools, lack of interest in reading and gaining knowledge are among the factors that exacerbate poverty in developing countries. PRAC is a non-profit organization promoting reading in schools in Uganda, with an aim of reaching over 300,000 children in the next 2 years. Anyone interested in partnering with us to brighten the lives of these disadvantaged children, please get in touch. Also, kindly recommend sources of funding that you think would support & partner with us in the organization's upcoming activities. Thanks.

www.invisiblechildren.com is one that has received a great deal of attention. They have built a school in that has been a protection for the children who have been or are at risk for being taken for use as child soldiers. Their advertising is their best asset in helping those children. I think you would find them to be a great partner in making a difference.
