John McCain and the rest of the republicans will be in Saint Paul, MN on Monday, September 1st. They have closed downtown to traffic and turned it into a police state.

Minnesota is a democratic state so I think there will be enormous protests happening especially if the police get violent. With all the people out of work these days there are plenty of people who are free to protest but I wonder how many will.

  1. What's the point? They turns every city the convene in to a police state.

    That's the republican thing.

  2. They fear Cindy, mom of dead vet.

    They fear vets.

    PAUL IN ST PAUL

    fear neocons fear

    nader paul kucinich gravel

    mckinney ventura too

  3. Reducto is right, Ohio is always a key state.  They have elite election hackers.  Too bad they testified in court and admitted to it.  Oh so sad for you.  Obama 08.

  4. I hope Minnesota makes the true American Patriots proud and protest this n**i police state we are in today.

FOr the first time in US history the government is spending hundreds of millions of dollars on police to impede peaceful protest. Remember Amerika without the right to dissent and protest the wrongdoings this government has done we are not a free country, for it is dissent that is the true actions of a patriot. A patriot is not a fool willing to follow the government to the gates of h**l but rather turn the direction and make life better for the people once it is known are freedoms are being taken.

I know of 10,000 people that will go against the corrupt republican party that is the people that will attend Ron Pauls campaign for liberty convention. Those are true ameircans. God bless this informed brave people to try to get this country back on the right track.

  5.   If I want to protest anything I am not going to put myself in a violent situation.

  6. Think of it this way.  Your in a marriage.  Does the spouse who yells the loudest "win" and is this considered free speach?  Is it right to shout down your wife or husband, or how about another person, or how about another party.  Free speach exists as a right up to the point you take away another's right to free speach...beyond that things become chaos.  Tyranny be he or she that yells the loudest is not appropriate free speach.  It doesn't work in the family unit, at work, with friends, and between political parties.  You don't see the RNC protesting and causing a huge commotion with the DNC ...so why does the DNC (supposedly defenders of our Consttitution) feel they need to trash free speach rights by attempting to drown out and over-talk the RNC?

I guess common sense has just become commonly UNcommon anymore in the DNC.

  7. Look at the records, things got way worse when the house became a Democratic controlled house.  I'm voting for McCain, and will watch it on T.V. where I'll be safe from all the loonies.

  8. My opion i feel there will be some demonstration of protests, hopefully none violent. There could be a larger number due to an unpopular president with vice president is going to be at the convention. America is not very happy with the republican party due to the last 8 years with bad decision with a war in Iraq that should not have happened. The bad economy, inflation, unemployment and list goes on that could of been prevented. America is still upset because troops are still in Iraq and america was lied to of the forecast of the war. America feels the republicans is going to keep the same views for the next 4 years.John Mccain demonstrates to the people that he wants to continue George W Bush old politics. America is fed up.

  9. I was at the Dayton, Ohio Rally Friday. You protesters tried to disrupt it, but us true Americans shouted you down and ran you off.

Ohio is a key state in every election. It pushed Bush to the top in 2004.

And yes-we are supporting McCain this time.
