What was the workout for the September issue of Seventeen? I can't find my copy.

  1. it was a workout for "amazing abs"

    The first workout move is to  hula hoop for 4 minutes as it is great for yuor waist.

    2. Get hot legs and abs

    A. stand on one leg and lift the other back behind you. Put your arms straight out to the side.

    B. Lean forward with back flat and lift your leg up as high as you can. Hold for a count of 30, then bring it down. Then switch legs. (balancing really works your core!)

    3. Sock Jump!

    A. Place two socks 3 feet apart and with feet together, hop sideways from one sock to the other. Do 25 times.

    4.Work your butt and thighs. (you need 20 cards for this workout)

    A. Stand with your feet hip-width apart, weight on your heels. Hold 20 cards in your hands.

    B. Squat and drop a card, return to A. Repeat until youve dropped all of the cards AND picked up all the cards one by one.

    5. DANCE!

    Set your ipod on a shake-your-booty song and dance till its over.

    6. Tone your arms

    Do this move three times total.

    A. Sit with knees bent and hands behind you, fingers facing forward.

    B. Use arms and legs to lift butt so back is straight. Hold for 10 seconds.

    7. Jump Rope!

    Try to jump 100 times without messing up, or for 2 minutes straight.

    and that completes the workout!! :)
