Anyone read The Autobiography of Malcolm X?

Kk well i have a question on the book and only answer if u read it....so i'm supposed to find an oxymoron or understatement in the book, but it is SO HARD TO FIND!!! I already read the book once couple days ago but i keep flipping through pages, reading chapters, n juz skimming the book but i can't seem to find any of these two elements....its like i have to find a sentence phrase in the book which is like impossible since i spent the last hour or two juz looking for them n now im juz frustrated....this isn't due till like thursday...n not rlly good talking to the teach because well his attitude literally scares the h**l out everyone!!!

  1. Oh goodness, it's been a while since I read the book.  

    "Chickens coming home to roost."  is an understatement that Malcolm X made in reference to Kennedy's death.  When you hear it and if you ever heard him say it, you think chicken running around celebrating.  However, it not what he meant.

    I want to say "White America" is an opinion oxymoron. Because it's just America.

    Since I don't have the book in front of me, working solely from memory, I can't offer much.  Review some of his speeches to find some of his understatements.  You may find some oxymoron in early communications with Elija Muhammed.
