use paint its free and easy !

It;s pretty easy in Photoshop, just select the face you want (I like playing with the quick selection tool), copy, paste onto other pic and transform/scale it to size.

Don't forget to blur the edges if necessary and to adjust levels so it doesn't look odd.

You'll have more fun doing it yourself.
