Anyone received there EITC check?

Its closing in on two months and Im really starting to get annoyed. Anyone heard anything about this? Should I call and try to figure out the status?

If you had filed it correctly in the first place, you'd have it by now.  Since they had to inform you that you were eligible, it will take around 3 months to get it since because it wasn't on your original return it wasn't part of an original refund.

*Any* change to a tax return takes 8-12 weeks.  8 weeks in a normal year, more than 12 weeks this year due to that darn stimulus package.

www.irs.gov has a tool that tells you exactly when your check will be mailed based upon the last digits of your social security number.
