  1. wetherspoons make good meals. its in the designer outlet in livingston. dont know anywhere if you are looking for somewhere fancy though. but if u go to the outlet dont eat in the place opposite. i been told its rubbish!

  2. THAT'S like trying to find a needle in a haystack?

  3. Harry Ramsdens

  4. If you're looking for something fancy then try Houston House in Uphall (near Livingston) or the Inchyra Grange in Polmont (not that far from Bathgate).

  5. If you are looking for a good quality restaurant then you will need to go to Edinburgh.

Houston House in Uphall is a good restaurant but I found the food a little over prepared and fussy.

  6. I dont pretend or even wish to pretend that

I know Livingston that well,, but on the good few occasions I have been there (as the shopping is to be rated as one of the best) outside Glasgow !!!...... I have encountered the odds that  if you want to wait an hour for your meal go to Harry Ramsdens!! if you want to pay over the odds to eat less than acceptable food go to any of the chains in the """"Designer Outlet"""""  I have done quite a few of them on a day out and have found that they do what they are asked of " hot food (well sometimes) minimal effort" i have decided on my last few visits on going to markies food hall and grabbing myself a few snacks to see me through my shopping

  7. the chippy
