  1. That inn is located in a not so good street and location. I've never been inside that place but I know the area. Pee smell on the street, homeless people doing their stuff on the street (no disrespect to homeless people), and if you check for online review about that inn, users give it a thumbsdown. Here's one: http://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowTopic-g29...

I can't find any business e-mail or even owner's email of that place online.  Only phone number: Tel. (632)404-2300/404-3430.

  2. I don't have the email. I know where it is. It's right behind the the Starbucks and in front of the Rainbow Hotel which is across the street.

The pension was pretty busy when I was at starbucks watching people going and coming every few minutes, so it's pretty popular.

The street itself isn't that bad. Lot of people... mix of Filipinos and foreigners at night with a party atmosphere, there's regular bars and girlie bars, nightclubs and hangouts.

I've seen homeless on the street, women and kids begging for a peso, guys pissing on the wall... but I see that almost everywhere in Manila, just take in the atmosphere. If your generous give them a peso, it's only a few cents, or do what everyone else does... ignore them.

Walking along that neighborhood, you'll see a lot of restaurants from a steakhouse, chinese, korean, kabobs...etc...

In the morning and afternoon it's basically dead, and it's pretty safe.

For good food, try the "Bistro" right next to the small circle park. Really good Filipino food. From the pension, turn right and it will be to your left. Just a minute away. Right at the corner... really good man!

For good chinese or steak turn left and they will be right at the corner.

Don't worry about transport, taxis roam that street because they know it's packed with travelers. When you get in, make sure the meter is on.

in the first day you can visit intramuros, an old spanish fortress... pretty cool for a few hours walk. it's like a living museum.

then walk over to rizal park, check out the chinese garden, next to it, walk along manila bay...

... then go back to one of the local malls nearby or a restaurant near your hotel for food. id suggest skipping the mall unless you want to buy some c**p.

    at night... have fun.

next 3 days... hopefully you'll find someone to show you around because it gets boring really fast if you don't know the area.

  3. I recommend you put some sleeves on to cover up those skinny arms.
