Anyone remember 1970's toy German Sheppard Rescue Dogs?

Question

As I recall, the dogs were about 8". I remember the set I had featured a rescue wagon that you could hitch one of the dogs to. Also you could tie up a string at an angle and you could put a kind of grappling hook in the dogs mouth so it could slide down the string like it was going down a mountain. Anyone remember the name of this toy or other details?
