Anyone remember Gumby?

It's one of my favorite cartoons, I used to watch that show all the time back when it came on Nickelodeon in the early 90's I think. I actually bought the complete series on dvd lol.

So did anyone else watch that show as a kid?

Yeah i sure do remember Gumby. It wasn't my favorite show though. my brother was more into it than me.

My favorite show was the Powers Rangers (im talking about when Tommy was the green ranger and everyone has a crush on Kimberly) and Swat Cats. Others were the New adventures of Johnny Quest, Thundercats, the Flintstones, Ronin Warriors, and Anamaniacs.

ummm, awesome. i think gumby is way earlier than that, like 60s, i dont know, i bet there have been several runs in various decades. as my rock and pop friend, you must look at:

Tom and Jerry- the jazz playing hobos, not the cat and mouse, awesomely random 20s cartoon. Bosko and Betty Boop- what can i say, pre-WWII cartoons are awesome. ren and stempy- a log, a log its pure its simple its wood, a log a log, its better than bad- its good!

I so remember Gumby.  I had one, but his wire popped out of his leg.  I think I had Pokey too.  Do you remember Eddie Murphy doing Gumby on Saturday Night Live?  I'm Gumby, dammit!

Yes, I remember Gumby and Pokey and Goo and the blockheads. Gumby scooting around on one foot. Pokey always getting the worst of it. Books and rockets and construction toys. Gumby was it.

I also remember Courageous cat and minute mouse with the frog, Thunder cats, Voltron, Johnny Quest was one of my favorites. Spiderman was very cool. Tom and Jerry,Ricochet rabbit and Droopalong, THE ROAD RUNNER sooo cool. Oh yeah does anybody remember CLUTCH CARGO.

Cartoons today are so cheap compared to these. No where near as good.

OMG I remember that one!  I was just discussing cartoons earlier with a friend.  Do you remember the Banana Splits?  I love the School House Rock, s****. Doo - not the one with Scrapy (crappy as I call him), and Looney Tunes - I am a huge Gossamer fan.  Also loved Hong Kong Phooey and Captain Caveman - LOL.  

**EDIT:  I just remembered Mighty Mouse - now I have that song stuck in my head...I would rather have Hong Kong Phooney or the Banana Splits theme song stuck in my head - LOL
