Anyone remember an action movie 1987-1995 where guy kidnaps father and daughter, and sleeps with daughter....?

.....while the father is locked in the toilet and can hear everything! I think the movie is from late 80's or early 90's. It's definaetly a US "action" movie, where I think the guy is a fugitive and kidnaps the man and his daughter (who is of age) as leverage. This film's scenes are popping up more and more in my head but I cannot pinpoint what it is! Please help!

There is a scene close to this in the movie "The Getaway" where Michael Madsen kidnaps a woman and her Veterinary husband and ends up "sleeping" with her while her husband is tied to the toilet in the hotel room.
