Anyone remember this browns game?

does anyone remember the regular season NFL game where the offensive team (i think it might have been the browns) was driving with like 00:15 left in the fourth quater and they had no timeouts left, and they were probably down by 4 i think, well they got the ball down to around the defenses 4 yard line but they had no timeouts left and they just ran to the line and did a random play and im pretty sure they got the play off with like 00:01 second left but couldnt score and lost?

cuz i dont remember this game but i know it was in the past 5 years and it was a great game anyone remember this game?
