i used to play this game all the time when i was in elementary, it consisted of a audio cassette that 'transformed' into a mini board game. it looked just like a audio cassette for a car stereo, but you opened it with a few moves, and out came a mini board game, you could choose the type of game you wanted based on the color of the cassette. any one remember the proper name of the cassette games sold in stores? thanks.

  1. The games were known as "Flipsiders," and were published by Milton Bradley from 1987-1992.

You can find the whole series, here: http://www.boardgamegeek.com/wiki/page/F...

Tiger games put out a 2 game series that was similar, but without the cassette style case, called "Klix."

    Happy gaming!

  2. I loved these!  I had a bunch of them and until you mentioned them I never would have remembered them!  Thanks for the trip down memory lane!
