Anyone rented here or a similar apartment in auckland central? Am looking at renting a 2 bedroom apartment and was wondering what they were like ppls experiences etc? Thanks in advance!

ive got a mate living not far from the viadict and hes paying just over $380 a week for a 1bdrm apartment. pretty pricey but im a student so everythings pricey. for the money he pays though theres security gates, groundskeeping and 1 park for each person in their units.
