Less of a question more a piece of advice. I ordered boots from Uggstore.com.au & they took payment the same day.
Though boots were in stock & they say 'Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date' i had to email them after a couple of weeks as my order status had not changed from the initial 'received'.
Checked their website - no contact details except email and PO Box, so searched the web. Yahoo answers had lots of angry people also waiting on their order, who also had payment taken same day. Not happy!
Long story short, had to threaten legal action to get them to respond to my emails, and had to threaten to report them to the ACCC to get my boots on time.
Would NOT buy from them again. If you are in the regrettable situation of waiting for an order, threaten legal action, threaten to contact the ACCC (Aust. Consumer watchdog) and when you email, CC every email address you can find on the site. Anyone else get let down by them?
