Anyone seen solid color party hats anywhere (the cone shaped ones)?

can't find on the internet, my local party city or michael's. I wanted the kids to decorate them. help!

Cedahurst Paper has them. its like a different Party City. i was just there 2 days ago, they had solid colored ones.

Well .. get some card from the shops or something let the kids paint them and if you point to point diaogonolay and scoop it round it will go into a cone. Wack a bit of sticky tape and some elastic !!! xxxx
