  1. literally "its excessive, no longer I want you"

    it's in spanish

  2. Hi, i am writing from Mexico.

    It is Spanish.

The sentence "ya no te quiero" could be "i don´t like you" or "i don´t want you" or "i don´t love you" depends on what kind of relationship were between your sister and her friend.

"suyo desmesurado" is not a normal saying in Spanish but i think it could be an expression to say that somebody "cross the line" of being respect full.

    Hope my English helps you!!

  3. ya no te quiero= i dont like you anymore.
