Anyone stay at Bavaro Princess in Punta Cana?

Going in March, anyone stay there. inquiring about what to bring besides the obvious things, and has anyone gotten a massage there? how much are they? and do you tip the people who do the excursions?

Yes you can get a massage in your room or on the beach.

We usually tip the staff when we go on excursions, especially if they go out of their way to make sure you have a great time.

We also tip our maid every day a few dollars, and it pays off. She makes sure we have plenty of towels and shampoo etc. Remember to tip your bartender/waiter too.

Loved the beach at Bavaro Princess, white sand beaches.Gorgeous.

Bring a couple of bath suits, cover ups, hat, ipod, plenty of sunscreen, Imodium and some bug spray (just in case). Dollar bills for tips. I always bring some aloe cream to preserve my tan and keep me from peeling.

About the excursions : Try before buying them to look where they are cheaper, because the rep's from your tour operator will try to sell them but the prizes are higher than if you buy the same outside the resorts. BUT! you must also pay attention to the pirate sellers of tours. Just be carefull ! Enjoy it!

For tipping at the hotel do it only for the room staff at your arrival, so the service in your room will always be better.
