  1. i haven't got the chance but they told me it's amazing they have some furniture painted with gold (don't know if it's true) ... also i was told if you want to visit just to see the place there is a charge fees and it is not allowed to take pictures... don't know if that's true :)

  2. i have been there three times. to be honest with you, the customer service was awful. its not like in America where they really take care of the customer. it was like they didnt know what to do and were so unprofessional. we waited in the lobby for over an hour just to get to our room. they lost our passports and forgot all about us. i was like are they serious! they didnt have any common sense.

also, i went for the afternoon teas they have. they are way overpriced. i found freaking hair in my food! i was so disgusted.

the cool thing about it is you get a butler in your room who will start your bath and stuff. he takes you around and shows you how to use the touch pad remote and control everything from it. in the afternoon they bring up drinks and cookies or some arabic snacks. there is higgggghh security. when you reach your floor, they have a receptionist on each floor, and they run to open your door for you. the rooms are really high tech with computers and you face like shows up on the TV when you are calling the room from outside the door. also, when you first arrive at the hotel, they give your face wipes and dates and arabic tea/coffee.

i didnt really like the decor, to be honest. ya anything that looks yellow and like gold is real gold, but i thought all the colors was a bit tacky and too Vegas. if you really want to be blown away, go to the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi. That was sheikh zayeds palace  before he passed away. it will blow your mind. look it up online. i mean it is just out of this world, the decor is just mind blowing and there is soo much detail and everything. and its absolutely huge!!!! i mean we got lost every time. but it was a good lost because you were like exploring this palace and got to see the mosaics and paintings and art and floors, architecture and flowers galore!!!its way nicer, of course it would be, i mean the King lived there.

Also, some of the people that were staying at Burj Al Arab were really sleezy and trashy, even though they have a dresscode, girls were in their hoochie wear. So disgusting.
