  1. I know wat you mean when i was depressed i didnt want to wake up in the morning because i would feel really bad. Around night time i never wanted to go to sleep because of the way i would wake up in the morining.

  2. That's odd. I usually feel better in the morning than I do at night. I often dread being awake during late hours. My mind goes berserk and I just keep thinking and thinking. I hate it! Are you on medication? Do see a therapist? Maybe you can try something that will give you purpose in the mornings, something to distract you from the bad feelings. Maybe try a workout? Go running every morning. Exercise boosts the happy chemicals in your head! (YAY!) Get a pet and remind yourself you must tend to your pet in the mornings. Good luck with this! :)

  3. It's just fear of facing another day of problems. Try to find something that makes you happy during the day. Try drawing or gardening, something you find that can take your mind of things and relax. All the best to you!

  4. Omg yes! I'm a night person and love staying awake as long as possible. I simply hate waking up and facing daytime lol
