Anyone suggest a good seafood restaurant in Vancouver?

Can anyone suggest good oyster/lobster restaurants that reside in Vancouver?

Well I have three recommendations.  For oyster,  there is Rodney's Oyster House at 405-1228 Hamilton Street in Yaletown.  For lobster, Chinese style, I would recommend Kirin Mandarin Restaurant (Downtown) at 1504 - 1166 Alberni Street.  Finally, an amazing seafood restaurant with a wonderful view of the habour - The Beach House at 150 25th Street, West Vancouver.

I've been to the Blue Water Cafe once and it was fabulous! It's a bit pricey but totally worth it!
