Anyone take Concerta?

Anyone on here have any long term effects on the pill concerta?

I have Adhd and I have been taking it for a while and I recently devolped "tremors?" where I tend to shake alot. I was wondering if it was because of the pill. I don't overdose or anything, I always take it once a day.
