Anyone take anti- anxiety meds?

I have taken them in the past.Their's always side effects no matter what you take.They help you sleep to a point but after awhile they stop working and you get headaches,the shakes,and i was getting very dizzy.i have a friend who had a seizer taking them,and now her life is a big mess.Never take lorazapam! That has to be the worst.And the others aren't much better.do your best to stay off drugs!

Yes, I've been on an anti-anxiety med for a number of years now.  They have really helped reduce this constant tension I grew up with!  I was constantly wary of "something happening".  No side effects for me, thank goodness.,  I'm able to complete projects and live life reasonably happy.
