Anyone taking the Math B regents this thursday???

Question

Im worried about it. Im a really good student but after experiencing the chemistry regents today, im even more nervous about my upcoming regents (global and math b)

*sigh* 2 more regents to take....

hey i just took the chemistry regents too and it was hard. the global regents was really easy which made me feel better. im really good at math and i can tell you that the best way to study is by doing practice regents which can be found at nysedregents.org if you do practice regents and go over anything you are uncomfortable with then you should do fine. if you have any questions let me know

Good luck on it.  Just be sure to show ALL your work, and put answers in the form they ask (rounded to the correct place, or maybe in terms of pi).  Be sure your calc is in the right mode if doing trig.  And remember all the formulas they like to ask, like radians x radius = arc length; sum of roots = -b/a and product of roots = c/a, reflections in y=x or y axis or x axis, etc.  Good luck!

i'm taking the math b regents thursday as well as global today and italian on tuesday plus that chem regents yesterday....=/

i'm probably the most nervous about math b though.

i've had a solid mid 90's average all year but after doing 12 practice regents in class i'm still not confident. there's always questions where i just blank and i'm like wtf...how do i do this?

so yea...pretty scared but hoping for the best. i miss math a, it was so easy :[

I'm taking the math b regents and i'm a little worried too, but just practicing should make you do fine.

I'm takin it tomorrow (Thrusday), or at least suppose to take it. I have always done well on regents mid 80's and high 90s (except chemistry: a 75). Anywho I could not really study for the exam because of other specialized test given to our school. I know this is your question, but I've always heard the math b regents isn't mandatory, so not taking it will not have an affect on you, right???

im a freshman so im only taking Math B Regents tomorrow

and Bio Regents nxt week

but im so  nervous

I'm taking it thursday. I'm hoping its the 1st and last time. I took the Chem and studied but I'm still scared about it. I only have US. History and the part 2 of English after this Math to worry about.

yea, i have the same schedule as you.  don't worry about them so much, their primarily for the education departments to compare schools.  think about how small of an effect it'll have on your life overall.
