Anyone that's EVER had braces expanders please answer!?

Question

I got expanders in last Tuesday and since then I had a nose bleed on Friday and once again this early morning.

Has anyone else had this problem while having expanders? Or am I just going crazy? lol

i used to have an expander... i also used to get nose bleeds everyday... i also thought that was what happened to me but it was just because my nose was dry. take a dry cotton swab and some petroleum jelly and dab the cotton swab in the jelly and gently rub it around the inside of your nose. your expander doesnt have anything to do with it

I had an expander for 6 months and didn't have any problems like that. Maybe call your orthodontist and find out what you can do about it.
