  1. you have to have a credit score over 600 to be financed through a dealership. even with money down. sorry :~(

  2. He can probably finance the car!

  3. would it maybe be possible to get the car in your name?

personally i would recommend a bmw as we had one for years, they are fantastic and you could buy an older model and just get private plates.

with a bmw getting a 2002 - 2004 model would still be better than getting a nissan or honda, and will probably last you twice as long.

    good luck!

  4. You can still get financed but it will be at a higher interest rate most likely.  Not sure about a new car though.  Unless you've got a lot of money for upkeep do not get a bmw.  Money pits.

Get yourself a car that's good on gas mileage that you like and build your credit back up.  You might be able to get the car in your name so that his credit doesn't even come into the picture.

    Good luck!

  5. It would probably be best to look into a loan from your bank first because the interest rate would be so much lower. There are dealers and companies that will finance "high-risk" borrowers such as your husband, but the interest rates can be incredibly high.

The bank loan would also be better at upping his credit score as well.

Another option would be to just get a loan in your name if your credit score is better, you can add him on later to help boost his score.

Another option would be to find someone with a good credit score willing to co-sign on a loan with you...just don't s***w them over.

  6. Im confused as to what exactly you are asking. Places will finance you no matter what your credit, rates might be high. I would maybe buy something not as new to keep your payment down, it will help build his credit back up so you could buy a newer car one day with a better rate. With honda's and Nissan you cant go wrong with used, they are good quality cars.

  7. personally id by a used car and get it checked first to make sure everything is good.as new cars hve just as many problems as old cars i know i bought one and i tell you the amount of money i lost really sucks and you can never recover the cash even when you sell it . so the issue here is new or well used and well looked after and you could save yourselves thousands of dollars.nissan are usually a cheap make of a car like mitibishi and honda wll i dont know so much about them but ford is excellent and so is holden, take care on making your decisions as it is better to keep themoney in your pockets and in your bank as it makes you money than in the car dealers pockets because as soon as they sell you the car they dont care for you at all.get an rac check and you will be on your way to be buying a great used car say a 2003 model are just as good as a  2008 model.bye

  8. I'm 13 so i don't no much sorry... but ex suck!!!! Bet you're better!!!!
