Anyone that is a skilled carpenter or knows anything about guitar making please advise?

Question

I have an Alexes guitar w/ an awsome paint job. The neck however has cracked horribly. The problem is that the neck is set in the guitar so i just cant unscrew it. I need to try and remove the neck without dammaging the guitar and replace it w/ another one. Does anyone have any suggestions?

woa i just saw those alexes guitars on a local store i love that they look just like any gibson lespaul. what i would do, i would buy any cheap gibson neck on ebay and take it to some one that know to fix guitars and ask if there is something that he can do
