Anyone that knows about NC Reflexology laws...

Question

I just want to know if i can go to NC and practice reflexology without going to a board certified school since reflexology is exempt. I am certified, but it's not through NC. Anyone know if i can still use my cert. and practice there?? I am looking to move.

Oh... Does anyone know what text they use in NC for massage therapy school?? I'd like to purchase one ahead of time.THANKS!!!!

Schools are always good to go to for things like this but NC and most states included can be vague about the requirements for such things.  Massage therapy on the other hand you have to be certified.  The only way to get around any certification for things like this is to call it Spiritual Therapy and you can pretty much do almost anything except prescribe medications and you don't have to be certified for anything.  It's all in what you describe it as.  Specially if you become an ordained minister which you can do for free very easily, it's a crazy loophole but it is legal.

As far as text books you would have to ask the school you are planning on attending as every school varies.
