  1. I meditate regularly...i cut out soda, fast food, and sugar from my diet, i exersize 5 days a week.... I feel awesome.... I do not take prescriptions for anything (my sister is a pharmacist and we but heads all the time) I only take natural herbs that are in tincture form (extracted by grain alcohol), i get regular massages....


  2. It has changed my life in I'm selective of what I eat, How much I exercise, and How I feel.  I feel 10 years younger.  because you cant find good nutrition in the stores with the quality of food in this country.

       I gave up sugar, that was one of the best things That I did.

  3. I nearly hit rock bottom cos  i was addicted to alcohol & antidepressants. I beat the booze, ditched the mind numbing chemical sludge (antidepressants) and cut out sugary, junky prepackaged foods and sodas and soft drinks and cut right back on coffee and pumped up my intake of fresh filtered water .............  ima very picky about what i eat and have also completely eliminated foods to which i am intolerant ........ i drink herbal teas in their loose leaf organic form & use essential oils to aid in relaxation, healing & pleasure...... i don't use chemical pesticides, cleaners or air freshners in my house and i keep my distance from the depressing nightly new on the television and myself .......... somebody else is sure to fill me in anyways ........  my mind is clear & i'm happy, positive & always willing to lend somebody else a hand in whatever ails them ...........  my skin is rosy and clear & i have energy to spare ...............  basically i reclaimed my life from certain despair ♥

  4. I practice yoga and meditation regularly and I rely on herbs and natural foods to prevent illnesses and heal the body. It has given me more energy and made me less-prone to colds and flus when everyone in the office seems to get sick.
