  1. No, not anytime soon, if at all

    Too  much inflationary pressure and they can't go much lower. If they lower rates could have a negative impact upon inflation


  2. No they will remain the same or go up 1/4 point to combat inflation. If you are asking because of mortgage rates, they are not tied to the Fed rate
