  1. I have but it depends on your foot like i have a really really low arch so for me the hurt cause they are mostly built for people with some what of an arch the cushionong on thems good and they are good for training in of you have the right foot to fit them i have tons of teams who use them to train and love them

  2. Mine worked for me!

  3. the Asics Nimbus 9 is the most comfortable shoe ive had, especially to run in. when my first pair was worn out i bought a new one.

  4. yeah, they were pretty good, and pretty comfy, they just tore up pretty fast but I ran in them alot

  5. My friend has terrible foot problems when she used to use nikes for training. Now she uses the gels and she loves them. Def get them.! they are worth the money. But do not jsut buy cuzz of the brand. Get it for the comfort.

  6. Asics are excellent shoes but so are other brands such as Brooks, Mizuno, New Balance etc.

The Gel Kayano is an excellent shoe and  I've worn them. Yes,  Asics are known for cushiony shoes that feel very protective.  The Kayano is Asics flagship stability shoe and  works well for many runners.  It's best for heavier runners who need maximum cushioning and some stability.  The Asics 2100 series is very similar and quite a bit less money.  Having run in both, I personally would not spend the extra money for the Kayanos.

  7. I love my Gels.  I have used Asics for years, and always like the fact that they stand up well to all the miles I put on them, and they remain very comfortable.  Good luck!
