  1. no

all diets have a yo yo effect

drink 1 litre of mint tea every day

    use natural mint leaves

it tastes cool and refreshing, great for your teeth, hair, skin and nails

  2. I wouldnt try the fruit diet... because fruit contains natural sugars it messes with your energy levels for example if you woke up in the morning and had a piece of fruit you energy level will increase then your body needs to release insulin to bring your levels down to stabilize it. If that trend continued it would lead to diabetes because your body would run out of insulin which means you would need insulin injections.

The easiest way to lose weight is a healthy diet. so maybe for breakfeast have 1 piece of toast with a poached egg and salad. for lunch maybe have a tuna rice salad and for dinner have a small serving of lean meat and vegies. Remember breakfast should be your biggest meal lunch should be average and dinner smaller. All you have to do is substitute foods for healthier options e.g. yogurt- dont eat yoplait eat like biota   breads- instead of sunblest (c**p white bread) try sourdough or rye. I have tried the fruit diet and i did lose weight but caused me to get tired if you wanted an impractical diet try eating just salad with a little lemon for every meal i lost 4kg in 4 days...so unhealthy and once again i got really tired.

  3. not a chance it would work. u might lose lean muscle but u wont lose fat on that diet, u will put on fat.

fruits contain fructose sugar, and ur body can only use about 50g fructose sugar as energy per day, anymore fructose eaten is stored as fat!  50g is like 2 pieces of fruit.  If all ur eating is fruit and yoghurt then ur gonna be storing so much fat!

Second theres no protein in your diet.  After a workout you need protein, if u dont hav protein your body will burn muscle and store more fat.  (yes im aware dairy has some protein, but its no where near enough and its not a good form of protein!)

So in short your body will burn muscle as an energy source and will store lots of fat.  So it may appear u hav lost weight but u will put it back on when u start eating properly!

Pls dont try it, its a fad, all the science behind it points to disaster for you body!
