  2. No, I haven't, but my Cousin had the Mandarin Chicken Salad.  She said the orange segments were tender just the way she loves them.  She buys Mandarin Oranges in a can at Walgreen's and is always talking about them.  I'd be more tempted to try the Southwest Taco Salad (see link below).
