Seems awfully expensive for a DVD. I know there's no better practice than to get in the water, but since I'm not relocating to Australia until next year, I am working on strength training and water safety first.
I plan to learn how to bodyboard first then perhaps graduate up to surfing....if my balance still doesn't suck by then :)
Any exercise, book or DVD reccomendations appreciated :)
