Anyone use Hotwire to book an All Inclusive Resort in Riviera Maya?

We're looking a booking a vacation to Riviera Mexico and hotwire is CONSIDERABLY cheaper than places like Apple Vacations. Anyone book with hotwire on one of these? Do they treat you different. I used to work at a hotel and for some reason they were never as nice to the Hotwire people. Any advice?

Hotwire is awesome!  I travel a lot, I've used them many times.  I usually check all the major sites; expedia, cheaptickets, travelocity, orbitz, priceline, etc and then book with whoever has the cheapest.  Hotwire has been great whenever I've used them before.
