Do you do Ross Enamait's "Infinite Intensity" workout program? I just finished the first four cycles of Ross' sample program (totalling 20 days so far). Today is a "rest" day.
So, since this was a rest day, I decided to do Bas Rutten's boxing workout (six rounds of three minutes each, with a minute rest between rounds; hard shadow boxing with weighted gloves).
I can't believe how great my conditioning is. I blew through Bas' workout like it was standing still; I could have done it all again. I wasn't even breathing hard, even though I was throwing my combinations with full speed. My technique was flawless because I had no fatigue.
Have you completed this 50-day program? What can I expect once I finish the entire thing? I never thought Bas' program would ever be easy for me, but right now, it's a joke. I'm going to have to do the entire thing on the heavybag in order to get a proper workout.
Suffice it to say I'm really impressed with II's results.
