Anyone use the Eastern Grip on serves?

It's used to get that extra spin in kick serves but in power serves most players use continental.

I only use the serve in practices just to practice pronation.

I don't use it becasue you either have to hit a mega kick serve or a total flat serve, neither what I like.  I use continental.
