Anyone use the Nortel T7208 phone system in your office?

I need to change our greeting as the admin assistant is no longer with the company. Anyone have this system & can give some assistance?

There are some answers at the website I will post on the bottom, but it really depends what greeting you want to change.

If you need to change the greeting of a particular extension, it's pretty simple, you login to the mailbox with feature 981, and the password, then press 8 for mailbox administration, then follow the prompts to 1 ) record the name in the company directory and 2) record a new greeting.

If you want to be changing the message of the AUTO ATTENDANT (Thank you for calling your company, if you know the extension you are trying to reach please dial it now bla bla bla bla bla) that is an entirely different story and I strongly suggest you call a qualified phone technician.
