  1. Waste of money, it's all hype . People I know that have tried them , tossed 'em . Theory might sound good , but there's no way in reality they work as advertised or otherwise . If it was such a simple way to make more mileage wouldn't the auto makers use them. Waste of money !

  2. beware do not buy it is a waste of money. if it a single piece of metal can give you 20 extra miles per gallon and 40 extra horses they should win a nobel prize fro physics.

if it did work the car manufacturers would have implemented it in the cars a long time ago. don't believe all you read especially when someone is trying to sell you on something.

  3. In the old days when cars had carburetors, and fuel was not atomized as well, these type of devices gave a slight improvement in fuel economy. The only device I have found that gives a significant improvement is water/alcohol injection.

  4. Popular mechanics tested them and said they were worthless. http://www.popularmechanics.com/automoti... here's another too http://autorepair.about.com/cs/productre...

  5. it is junk.  The fuel is already atomizedand it reduces the hydraulic diameter of the intake opening.  When the fuel air gets compressed, "perfect" mixture wont change the stoichiometric reaction.  Keep in mind that turbulating the air requires energy.  Any gains in effiency is robbed by the requied power to stir the air.
