Anyone used "Destination Australia?"?

Question

Two of us taking a honeymoon in Australia for 3 weeks, we like to plan vacations ourselves but this one might be too big for us alone, we came accross www.destinationaustralia.com and are dealing with an agent there. Has anyone used them specifically? I can say that on some investigation, they are based in Vermont, which is a little unsettling but does that really matter? They claim to have been in business 10 years.

I used Destination Australia and New Zealand two separate times, and they were wonderful.  I worked with two different agents there, all over the phone and was more satisfied with them than anyone  else I worked with before or since.  I will use them with my next trip in Sept.  Very courteous and helpful.  They are the ones who told me I need a visa when traveling there, noone else ever did.  Both times, very professional.
