I've used them a few times and had no trouble.  Sometimes they are the cheapest, even with the booking charge that is added, and sometimes they're not.  But that is a perfectly good place to book trips.

I've used them.  They're good.  Sometimes you can save the Orbitz booking fee if you can find the exact itinerary direct from the airline's own website.
