Anyone visited barbate in the south west of spain?

I'm palnning a holiday and i'm looking for a brand new place where i've never been before i've looked at pictures hotels and tourist information for barbate and it looks amazing but is it really that amazing? i have found a crowne plaza hotel and it looks absoutly amazing!!!!! is the resort any gooooood?
