Anyone wanna be in a magazine for free?Pre-teens only please!

I'm 11 years old and writing a magazine article.The question is "Should kids under 13 have cell phones?" I needed a Yes and a no. I already have a Yes. Does anybody have a no? Please include your name and state of living in your answer. Make sure you include a reason. One answer will be chosen by me and your name will be in the post.

I think that kids under the age of 13 dont need cell phones. This is simply because they do not need them. if they need to call someone they can use thier home phone. If out, they can use a friends house phone, pay phone, school phone, or anything else. They shouldn't be going to places where they would need a cell phone yet. I believe they should be older.
