Anyone want to see Jeff Burton win the Cup just to stick it to NASCAR?

Here in WV we need good cell phone service because of the mountains. Ive had Sprint and Cingular (now at&t) Cingular was great, Sprint sucked big ones. So Im a little biased on this..and a RCR fan so....

I think NASCAR and Sprint are Bullys...I found myself rooting for Jeff to win the title...what NASCAR has done to bully out at&t was wrong IMO. So to stick it to Sprint one last time would be nice.

Never looked at it that way and it would be a hoot, wouldn't it?  I also liked Winter Glory's idea about a close-up on Rick Hendrick during Kyle's Cup winning speech.  You guys are too funny!!!!

Yes, and do it with only one win. Not that I don't like Burton but I hate the chase and that was NASCAR's brain f**t after Matt Kenseth won the cup with only one win.

I want Kyle Busch to win this seasons Cup...but now that you mentioned that about Jeff Burton, it would not bother me one bit if he did. If he got a lead going into the last couple of races, I wonder if NASCAR would try something to ruin his finish to keep him from winning it somehow? Hmm...they never talk about him on the racetrack now, even though he's 2nd in points.

Great minds think alike ! I have had the same thoughts-Sprint, instead of improving reception, spent time and money trying to blackball AT&T from NASCAR.  Wouldn't that be a kick in the pants to the France family and Sprint.

Have you noticed how cheerful and smiling Jeff B has been in recent interviews? He's loving it.

Jeff Burton is what Dale Jr. has become now. A great driver who needed a better shot. I personally will stick to Motorola until I think otherwise, but I support NASCAR 100%. Until they change their sponsor, I'm buying Sprint/ Motorla phones. Only because I love racing so much and NASCAR needs so much money. It wouldn't kill the fans to support what they love so much and take it for grantide.

But you're right. AT&T and Jeff Burton deserve a better shot.

I kind of like to see the other Jeff win the cup but I have AT & T also and I have had sprint and it sucked so that would be cool.

The rebllious spirit in me thinks it'd be humorous.

But I'd still rather see Kyle win the cup and stick it to Rick Hendrick. And I hope if he does, they do a close up on Rick during Kyle's speech at the award ceremony :)

I'm rooting for the #88 to get the Cup, but I would love to see Jeff Burton win the cup, he is in a Chevy as long as Chevy wins the Cup I'm happy....

I'm with ya. I have AT+T too. However don't be mad at Nascar. they were just stuck in the middle of contract obligations.
