Yes, I am watching it and finding it rather disturbing.  I can remember when he hanged people in this country.  I was a child and we always knew the date of the hanging and we also knew that it happened when the 9am news came on the radio.  It was eerie.  No I could never do a job like that.

I was watching it for the first few minutes, but find it harrowing, and cant watch anymore.

No i wouldnt want to be a hangman, but I would give a lethal injection (and castrate child abusers---free of charge)

hi phil yeah i watched  it and  thought it was very good  Timothy  acted the  part of  Albert Pierrepiont extremely  well , he is a great actor

Hubby watching it though downstairs (while I'm upstairs watching BB in the cheap seats) and he say's it's really good and another superb performance from Timothy Spall
