  1. Hello,

This website was pointed out to me by a concerned customer and I thought I would take a second to help with the warehouse location as it is very hard to find.  The address is 104 Boundary Road in Laverton North but there is no SuperArt sign so you'll want to look for a sign that says "Killarny".  Also, make sure you're on the East side of Western Ring Road as 103 and 105 are easy to find but somehow nowhere close to 104.  Here is a map link that may also be helpful: http://maps.google.com.au/maps?f=q&hl=en...

Also, I apologise that it's so hard to get a hold of me.  Because of the above mentioned constant delays, I have way more calls than I can handle.  And because I'm almost constantly taking a call, it's extremely difficult to return messages.

I understand people are upset but please don't shoot the messenger!  I can only give the information I'm provided.  The warehouse staff expect to have orders finished up soon.

  2. Hi There

You seem to be having problems like we and what appears many other people.

It seems this may have been a dodgy deal.

The number to call is (08) 8340 3752. You will get a message telling you that there is high call volumes but if you hold on you get to a message service for 'Stephanie'.

Two weeks after we expected delivery of our paintings I called and was told that they were in the warehouse and I will receive my text in the next day or so.

The  following week I telephoned again and was told that their canvas stretching machine had broken and the delays were due to them having to do this by hand.

I telephoned again two weeks or so after this date and was told that they were in the warehouse and were very surprised I hadn't received it yet. They assured me that they would follow up with the warehouse and arrange delivery immediately.

After another week of waiting I telephoned again. This time I wasn't able to speak to anyone and got an automated message advising that the delay was caused by Qantas engineers striking and paintings would be delivered in 7-10 days. It's now 15 days since that first message!

I think I might take up another's advice and start contacting the media and consumer affairs.

I also tried to contact the Exhibition centre. They were no help either. In an email received back from the Operations Manager  I was told they are "simply the venue" and "We do not share or participate in the actual event".

I have just sent an email to Today Tonight in the hope that they might now be able to help. You might like to also. Here's the link: http://au.todaytonight.yahoo.com/contact...

I am about to complete a consumer affairs online claim form. The more people that do this hopefully the sooner someone acts on this issue. Here is the link for that:

    Good luck!!

  3. I am in the same boat.  When I called today the phone number either rung out or was engaged.  The warehouse address on the docket for collection of paintings was 104 Boundary Road Laverton North.  When I looked up this address on googlemaps - streetview, it doesn't appear to exist.  I searched the company ABN with ASIC and the company has a registered office in Oakleigh Victoria.  Unless I get satisfaction with trying the number again I am going to get a company extract and front them at their registered office.  I will keep you posted.
