  1. Well i live in Ireland and i have to say the summer months, May until September are the best times to visit here but the weather is so unpredictable its hard to say for sure.  Winter never gets too cold here anyways.

There are only are few cities on the Island.

    Dublin

    Cork

    Limerick

    Galway

    Waterford (all in the Republic)

    Belfast

    (london)Derry (both in Northern Ireland)

From my own personal experiences Dublin and Galway are the two best cities, Galway being the nicest by far though.  I lived in Galway for 2 and half years and its a fantastic town.

  2. from May to August, but everyone else will be visiting then as well, Dublin is a great town but so is Galway. There are thousands of smaller towns between the two such as Cork, Waterford, Killarney - all are big tourist destinations and you won't be sorry you went.

Wish I was going back myself!

  3. summer is probably the best time to visit ireland. i go every year because I have family over there and i go to the west. its very green over there if you like that sort of thing but if your like me and like the city then dublin is also good. try an open top bus tour!

  4. well i live here, come anytime, winter is lovley here, not to cold, summer is also good,id recommend waterford city and try to get to south east coast soooo beautiful, where ever you go enjoy!

  5. The best time to go to Ireland is between May and October.  It is still warm in October and less rain.  If you can get a flight the first part of May you have some rainy days left but the flights are cheaper.  Check American Airlines.    Or fly after August summer months are high tourist and flights are more expensive unless you live near a Aer Lingus hub.

  6. Any time to go is great, either the green in the summer or the snow coverd buildings in the winter.

I go in may - july to try to avoid as much rain, but it is ireland so come prepared.

Dublin is more for the night life by far. Alot more going on and i do not reccomend driving in this town, It is far easier to get around by bus.

The other towns/attractions that i loved are:

    Waterford

    Blarney

    Galway

    Cork

    Killarny

But im sure you will have an amazing time no matter what time of year you go or what you do.
